Swindon solicitors come top in Chambers poll

Swindon law firm Withy King, has been given the highest accolade in the latest edition of Chamber and Partners, an independent guide to law firms and lawyers that spans 175 countries.

It is the firm’s clinical negligence specialists have been given top rank position with certain individuals being named for their particular skills. Simon Elliman, partner, leads the team and is known for his handling of cerebral palsy claims. Gerry Ferguson is known for his work relating to GP negligence, urological, gynaecological and psychiatric claims. Paul Rumley deals with negligence and funding claims. Tracy Norris-Evans specialises in clinical negligence and personal injury cases and has particular experience in brain injury and paediatric cases.
