Legal Firms Merge Creating 30 New Jobs

Two law firms from the North West have merged in a move that will create an estimated 30 jobs. Rostrons solicitors from Lytham have merged with Manchester’s Linder Myers legal firm . The city firm have apparently been eager to expand their business on the Fylde coast and are in discussions with several other local firms.

Diane Rostron, owner of Rostrons, will be in charge of the new business from Rostrons’ Park Road headquarters. Mrs Rostron spoke of her excitement at the imminent launch of several new products as the company looks to expand their legal services over the next 12 months. Having merged with one of Manchester’s oldest legal firms, Mrs Rostron announced she was pleased to remain in charge of a high street which would be supported by the experience, expertise and technology of a city law firm.

The merger makes the two firms one of only two firms outside of London to be members of the Conselugis international network of independent law firms . While Linder Myers has a wide range of legal services, while Rostrons focuses on injury law, with a number of lawyers available at reasonable legal costs with expertise on medical negligence .
